If you've ever wondered 'what the heck is a tough guy'? And why the hell Elliott keeps talking about them then youve got to check out this video. It's of my client and quintessential Tough Guy Gordon(we love ya Gordon).

Here is an outline of the exact program that he was doing on that clip:

1. Corrective Stretches: these stretches have a inhibiting effect on "Tonic" of hyper active muscles, great for injury provention and performance!

2. Off Set Medicine Ball Push Ups x 20

3. Supine (modified) pullups x 20

4. Reverse Woodchops x 8 each side

5. Preacher Curls x 12

6. Triceps Extention x 12

7. V-ups x 15

(take a 2 minute rest and repeat 2-4 times)
