A sample workout for you to try

Coach Ryan has been drilling our new- 6 am Mens Boot Campers. Here is exactly what these dedicated men did one bright and early Monday morning.



Dynamic Flexability

1a. Farmers Carries (100 lbs per hand)
1b. Sandbag Carries (100 lb bag)

2a. Chin Ups x 10
2b. Push Ups x 10
2c. Squats x 20
2d. Lunges x 20

(as many rounds as possible in 10 mins)

3. 50 Crunches
