Have you ever heard the phrase "Don't drink your own Kool-Aid"?
Basically, it urges you not the believe your own BS.
Nothing makes me more upset than the long list of boring excuses that people make for not taking action in their lives.
Most people are NOT happy with one or several areas in their lives:
*Fitness
*Money
*Relationships
And most people are willing to rationalize why things can't change.
They feed others with all types of disempowering reasons for their misery and victimhood.
But the most dangerous thing that they do is belive their own excuses. Drink their own Kool Aid.
What have you been making excuses about?
What are the reasons why you don't have everything that you want in sports, fitness or life?
What flavor is your Kool Aid?
What do you want? What are you willing to do?
