The #1 weakness that I consistently observe amongst my
athletes and fitness clients is...
Weak Glutes!
If you are an athlete and have a weak ass, I can assure
you that you are not 1/2 as fast or powerful as your
potential would allow.
Strong glutes assist you in:
Jumping Higher - Running Faster - Hitting Harder - Throwing
Better - Change of Direction - etc.
If you are into living and looking fit and have a weak ass,
you are at greater risk for knee and back injury, at risk
for having a "saggy booty" or worse... a "flatty"!
Here are the Top 3 Butt Builders... (hands down, no questions
asked!)
1. Deep Squats (squat variations)
2. High Box Step Ups
3. Lunges
I can assure you that you will NOT see many people
performing these exercises at your gym (they use the
Butt Blaster and still have weak butts... go figure?)
That's why I train my boot camp clients and athletes in
a "Ware House Gym" located away from the masses of "weak
asses" at the local "Health Club"
We don't fool around, we train hard and the results
come fast!
