Why I LOVE high cholesterol foods

That's right... give me all the fattiest
cuts of steak, pork chops and liver that
you've got.

I'll be lickin' the grease off of my fingers
while you choke down that dry salad and tofu.

Rabbit food!

I LOVE Cholesterol.

I eat tons of it... and guess what?

My blood cholesterol levels are so good that
my life insurance policy is dirt cheap!

The "Cholesterol Myth" is probably the
biggest hoax in western medicine to date.

Pharmaceutical companies and processed food
manufacturers are making a KILLING off of
our ignorance about the facts on cholesterol.

Think about it, how many commercials do you see
for Statin Drugs followed by Cheerios (claiming to
be 'heart healthy')?

How many commercials do you see for Grass Fed Beef?

Do you think our ancestors had the heart disease
issues that we have? (and there were no Cheerios)

Hell No!

And they were nomadic, the stayed alive by following
animals and eating them.

The Native Americans practically worshiped the
buffalo for this reason.

The Celtic Tribes ate TONS of fish and the saturated
fats in the cod liver.

Here's a taste of what you may not know about
cholesterol as it pertains to out strength and
vitality.

1. Cholesterol is not a deadly poison,
but a substance vital to the cells of all mammals.

2. Many studies have shown that people whose blood
cholesterol is low become just as atherosclerotic
as people whose cholesterol is high.

3. Your body produces three to four times more
cholesterol than you eat. The production of
cholesterol increases when you eat little cholesterol
and decreases when you eat much. This explains why
the ”prudent” diet cannot lower cholesterol more
than on average a few per cent.

I've gone into greater detail and have backed my claims
with references in my e-book:

In it I've described everything you need to know about
natural health and vitality and DESTROY several myths
about health including the Cholesterol Myth.

What do you want? What are you willing to do?

Thank you for posting such useful information in your blog. It is a pity that most people do not know that our body produces more than 70% of the cholesterol in our body and only about 30% of the cholesterol
comes from the food we eat.
