"Tire Flipping" for Strength and Success

How To Get "Rib Showing" Skinny

You may not know this, but I think 6 packs abs suck.

That's right, it is my conviction that the time and sacrifice WASTED on achieving ridiculously low body fat is completely unjustified. Also, 6 pack abs are no refection on your health, strength and vitality.

Don't get me wrong. I do run a STRENGTH camp that coaches men to train to build muscle and burn fat. And the results are incredible, in fact one member lost 12 pounds of fat... in 7 days last week. (I'll tell you more about him later)

But I have a hidden agenda.

You see, media and social conditioning has confused what it means to be a strong and healthy man with "how can men look more like women".

That's right, men today aspire to look more like women than "strapping, robust and virile MEN".

Think I'm full of shit?

Thanks to Calvin Klein and associates, most of us aren't sure what a REAL man should be... much less look like.

So, among several other conversations that you may be having between you ears you are probably asking yourself...

"Elliott, what the hell am I supposed to do?"

I say:

1. Relieve yourself of the socially conditioned notion that you, a man, should train, eat, act and aspire to be more feminine to be attractive. It's completely untrue.

2. Lift weights and get off of the "StairMaster".

3. Develop strong hands, legs and back. Leave the endless crunches and side bends to the dudes in panties above.

4. EAT like a man... red meat, asparagus and beer is a good start. Leave the celery and tofu for the Yoga class hoppers.

"Elliott, won't I get too big an bulky training like you and your Strength Camp members?"

I say:

1. Yes, and EVERY man should be big, bulky, strong and rugged. If you want a small waist and trimmed eyebrows... the Foo-Foo Spa is looking for you.

2. Women like REAL men. No matter what the TV and media would have you believe. Women instinctively flock to men who display the characteristics of a STRONG provider and protector.

"Elliott, won't I hurt myself training with tires, kegs and heavy weights?"

Who the heck is responsible for this?

Most people are cowards. Notice that I didn't say scared - everyone is scared at one time or another, but cowards run away from their fears - this is not for you, you do what your heart tells you to do NO MATTER WHAT or how crazy it may seem to others.



There is word that I would like to examine with you... it is the foundation on which your attitude stands, the word is… Responsibility.

I warn you that I don't mean this word in the conventional sense - such as making sure you take the trash out on time or being a snitch when your see some one cheating on a test. When I use the word responsibility I am speaking about holding yourself 100% responsible for all of the results in your life.

We live in a time when everyone is looking to blame someone or something else… either your too black or your too white, too fast or too slow, your too short or too tall, your can blame your genetics, you can blame your parents, teachers, coaches, you can blame God. Just watch the TV, fat people blame the fast food restaurants for their fatness, smokers blame the cigarette companies for their smoking, and people blame their kids and boss for their depression or even their so-called chemical imbalance.

I accept none of this. I believe that everything that happens to you - good or bad is a result of some choice that you have made in the past. Sure, freak things happen like accidents... but then too you have a choice about how you are going to react to it - you can fold up and get depressed, start drinking or doing drugs or you can "MAN UP" and turn your tragedy into triumph. Join a wheelchair basketball or better yet doge ball team! Just get up - its your choice - its your responsibility.

You want to be stronger, you want to be fit or more athletic, you want your sports team to respect your wishes to "not party" during the in-season. What ever it is that you want you can get - if and only if you take FULL responsibility for the results or your reaction to it. "Within a desire is the seed for its creation".

YOU create your life.

Choose to be a victor not a victim. And notice when those options are being presented. Most people are not willing to take responsibility for themselves because of one simple and very sneaky behavior - LAZINESS. Most people are down right lazy and in various forms. They would much rather be victims of their circumstances rather than taking the time to look at what they have done to create their situation or how they can change their behaviors to create a better future.

If you want things to be different, you've got to take responsibility and DO something different!

Are you a Sports or Fitness Coach?

I've been batting this idea around for a few weeks and wanted to run it by you.

I'll even teach you how to FLIP TIRES, PUSH MY VAN and DRAG SLEDS ;)

...It will be jam packed with loads of business and fitness SYSTEMS that you can use immediately and create the life and business of your dreams! - Just like I have.

On top of all this you will become a licensed "Strength Camp" affiliate and receive all of the benefits of my years of marketing and positioning and use the very same Sports and Fitness Systems that have turned my 1300 sq ft. ware house space in South St. Petersburg FL into the ONLY gym to go to for REAL Fitness Results.
