And when you finally flip that hunk of rubber, you become the type of person that overcomes challenges.

You become the type of person the looks for challenges. The type of person who takes risks. The type of person that WINS! Also, 6 pack abs are no refection on your health, strength and vitality.

Don't get me wrong. I do run a STRENGTH camp that coaches men to train to build muscle and burn fat. And the results are incredible, in fact one member lost 12 pounds of fat... in 7 days last week. (I'll tell you more about him later)

But I have a hidden agenda.

You see, media and social conditioning has confused what it means to be a strong and healthy man with "how can men look more like women".

That's right, men today aspire to look more like women than "strapping, robust and virile MEN".

Think I'm full of shit?

Compare what a REAL man looked like in the 1800's:

With the average "metro sexual" of today:

Thanks to Calvin Klein and associates, most of us aren't sure what a REAL man should be... much less look like.

So, among several other conversations that you may be having between you ears you are probably asking yourself...

"Elliott, what the hell am I supposed to do?"

I say:

1. Relieve yourself of the socially conditioned notion that you, a man, should train, eat, act and aspire to be more feminine to be attractive. It's completely untrue.

2. Lift weights and get off of the "StairMaster".

3. Develop strong hands, legs and back. Leave the endless crunches and side bends to the dudes in panties above.

4. EAT like a man... red meat, asparagus and beer is a good start. Leave the celery and tofu for the Yoga class hoppers.

"Elliott, won't I get too big an bulky training like you and your Strength Camp members?"

I say:

1. Yes, and EVERY man should be big, bulky, strong and rugged. If you want a small waist and trimmed eyebrows... the Foo-Foo Spa is looking for you.

2. Women like REAL men. No matter what the TV and media would have you believe. Women instinctively flock to men who display the characteristics of a STRONG provider and protector.

"Elliott, won't I hurt myself training with tires, kegs and heavy weights?"

I say:

I am on a mission to teach men how to "Take Back Your Balls!"

Learn how here:
http://www.UnleashYourPrimalEdge.com

What do you want? When I use the word responsibility I am speaking about holding yourself 100% responsible for all of the results in your life.
We live in a time when everyone is looking to blame someone or something else… either your too black or your too white, too fast or too slow, your too short or too tall, your can blame your genetics, you can blame your parents, teachers, coaches, you can blame God. Just watch the TV, fat people blame the fast food restaurants for their fatness, smokers blame the cigarette companies for their smoking, and people blame their kids and boss for their depression or even their so-called chemical imbalance.

I accept none of this. I believe that everything that happens to you - good or bad is a result of some choice that you have made in the past. Sure, freak things happen like accidents... but then too you have a choice about how you are going to react to it - you can fold up and get depressed, start drinking or doing drugs or you can "MAN UP" and turn your tragedy into triumph. Just get up - its your choice - its your responsibility.

You want to be stronger, you want to be fit or more athletic, you want your sports team to respect your wishes to "not party" during the in-season. What ever it is that you want you can get - if and only if you take FULL responsibility for the results or your reaction to it. "Within a desire is the seed for its creation".

YOU create your life.

Choose to be a victor not a victim. And notice when those options are being presented. Most people are not willing to take responsibility for themselves because of one simple and very sneaky behavior - LAZINESS. Most people are down right lazy and in various forms. They would much rather be victims of their circumstances rather than taking the time to look at what they have done to create their situation or how they can change their behaviors to create a better future.

If you want things to be different, you've got to take responsibility and DO something different!

YOU create your life.

http://www.UnleashYourPrimalEdge.com
What do you want? Also, I'll show you how I saved money by shopping on a classified ad website that advertises for gyms that are closing their doors and people with unwanted home exercise equipment.

Elliott Hulse "The Strength Coach"

Your Strength Camp questions answered...

When I was first inspired to put together a "Men's Only" fitness boot camp, little did I know that it would become a significant part of my life's purpose.

"To bring men together in strength and fitness."
"To create a community of upright character, commitment and camaraderie."
"To unleash the physical, mental and spiritual strength potential in all participants."

But the concept of what exactly a Strength Camp is... leave some people a bit confused.

People often ask me questions like this:

1. What do you guys do?

2. What kind of exercises do you perform?

3. Will I be jogging alot?

4. Is this only for people is great shape to begin with?

5. I don't think that I could EVER do that kind of stuff!

6. What's with all the huge tires?

7. Am I cut out for this?

Here are a few short things that you should expect when you attend a Strength Camp, whether you are an athlete or a "Men's Camp" member.

1. You WILL work hard.

2. You may puke / pass out / bleed / get dirty /sweat.

3. You get out what you put in.

4. You WILL achieve your strength, fat loss, fitness and life's goals if you commit!

5. Vegetarians that don't eat vegetables.

2. The way you do one thing, is the way you'll do everything.

3. The principle of "Commitment" is dead.

4. Foods that have a health claim on the label are not healthy (ie. Cherrios is "Heart Healthy")

5. EVERYONE needs to dead lift.

6. Anxiety is God telling you that you either need to do something that you're not doing OR you need to stop doing something that you are doing... you've got to figure it out.

7. Low Fat diets make you sick, sad and fatter!

8. Never accept advice from someone who hasn't done what they are giving you advice about. Also, never give advice about something that you haven't done!

9. Always do what you are afraid to do. (or, If you can't... you must!)

10. STOP thinking and START doing!

Here is the article:

Stronger Bodies Yield Brilliant Minds: How to Ignite Your Creativity Through Athletic Strength Training

By Elliott Hulse CSCS

Written For www.EliteFTS.com

“To a good bodily constitution corresponds the nobility of the mind.” —Aristotle

Aristotle has been recognized as perhaps the greatest thinker in western civilized history. I once heard that all philosophy is just footnotes to Aristotle. When it comes to maximizing our mental capacities and potential, it would be safe to say that any program or advice that a man like Aristotle could deliver would be greatly welcomed.

According to the brilliance of our esteemed philosopher, what is the very first step to take in order to unleash our hidden potential for genius thought and delivery? Aristotle once said, “Care of the body shall proceed care of the mind.”

To be accepted as a philosophy student, Aristotle required that all applicants partake in rigorous physical training. He understood that a body that has been trained to withstand the demands of arduous physical activities has a greater potential for high levels of consistent and focused thought. The stronger the bodies, the more brilliant the minds.

Today, the most brilliant minds are typically found in upper level management and as the officers of multi-billion dollar corporations. These men and women have trained and been tested not only mentally but by character and will. They consistently are posed with increasingly greater demands on their focus and intelligence. In several instances, they are also of the poorest health among our nation’s workforce due to stressful inflow with very little opportunity for physical release.

As human beings, we are constantly in an energy flux. We are receiving stimulus from our environment and responding to it. But often we are not in a position, socially or otherwise, to respond to our given stimulus with the appropriate physical reaction. For example, you are on the phone with an irate customer who is taunting you and speaking to you in with a belittling tone. Our primal instinct would be to approach this individual with a violent posture and perhaps attack physically. However, this response is not morally or socially acceptable.

So instead of acting on your primal instinct, you accept the in-flow of stress and hold it physically in your body, typically in the neck/shoulder region. For developmental humans, the stiffness in the neck/shoulder region would relay a message based on its form. So if you have a tight neck with your shoulders shrugged and head jutting forward, this will relay the message that you are in a dangerous mood and are protecting your self. Check your posture as you read this. Are your shoulders shrugged with your head jutting forward?

Exercise when used as a modality for the release of stress allows your subconscious attention to shift from safety and security to higher thought. A man or women who is protecting him or herself from attackers, in the figurative sense, will not have the capacity to act creatively nor focus and concentrate intensely. It is essential to your mental health and performance that you use athletic strength training to release physiological loads as well as to increase vitality.

Athletic strength training differs from the typical “gym based” exercises programs because it focuses on movement, muscular strength, and functionality rather than machine-based exercises and aerobics. This approach not only focuses the mind and cleanses the body more effectively than “gym based” exercises but also yields faster lean muscle gains and fat loss. This is what Aristotle expected his students to use over 2,300 years ago to build strong bodies and sound minds.

Athletic strength training involves the use of strength-based exercises that are performed in a functional manner within a given time interval. The best examples of the use of athletic strength training are Olympic weight lifters and professional Strongmen. Movements such as the clean and jerk in Olympic weight lifting or tire flipping in Strongman require a huge demand on the central nervous system, cardiovascular system, and muscular system all within a single movement.

As opposed to the typically recommended 30 minutes of boring cardio, athletic strength training is fun, fast, and effective. Your body will release greater amounts of anabolic hormones, and your nervous system will be sharpened due to the complexity of the movements and heavier weights used. This will set the trainee up for improved mental capacity and higher levels of energy.

Elliott Hulse is a certified strength and conditioning specialist and owner of Strength Camp, a sports performance service in St. Petersburg Florida. This gentleman has been training with us for a little less than 60 days and has achieved results that are beyond ordinary. But his success is not a mystery... he has near-perfect attendance for our 5-day per week program; he follows his meal plan to the letter and; where others typically take the 'path of least resistance', this man steps up and gives just a little more effort.

John Hardin:

Start Date: 1/15 (apx. 58 days training)

Before: 186lbs Today: 170lbs. (apx. 16lbs lost)

Waist: 38" Today: 34.5" (apx. 4" lost)

Body Fat: 22.1% Today 16.9% (you do the math)

So, what the hell is John doing to get such fast and dramatic resutls?

***<- Check out the belly! - 6 Pack Comming Soon.***

Below is a list for you, I'm VERY confidant that if you follow in John's steps that you will receive the same (or better) results.

But take note.... This man has WORKED HARD to get to where he is and he is committed to reaching even further!.

1. Character Traits: Commitment, Discipline, Courage and Modesty (this man speaks louder with his actions than with his words... the trait of a true leader)

2. He attends my Men's Fitness Boot Camp http://www.StrengthCamp.com/bootcamp.htm 5 days per week and has only missed 2 sessions since starting in January.

3. He does EXTRA work! As if pulling sleds, flipping tires and pressing 115 pounds over head was not enough... this guy goes home and does crunches before bed every night!

4. Here are the EXACT exercises that he performs to get in great shape: Sled Pushing, Sled Dragging, Barbell Squats, Sandbag Squats, Lunges, Dead Lifts, Clean & Presses (with 115 pounds), Chin-ups, Push Ups, Keg Pressing, Keg Loading, Keg Carrying, Plays Tag, Tug-of-War, Skips Rope, Burpees, Crunches, Trunk Twists, Leg Raises....

You get the point! He did not do this by "thinking about it" or "waiting until the right time" he got off of his ass and MADE it happen!

5. Follows my meal plan to the letter. (every one gets a unique meal plan upon joining)

Congratulations John! Keep up the great work.

Keep an eye out for John as he has set some new goals since reaching his original ones.

He will be sporting a 6 pack and set of "guns" way before summer time... and so could you!

What do you want? Discover how he increased his 40 yards dash time.

------

“The 4.30 Journey”

The 4.30 journey is a story that every athlete that has had to run a 40 yard dash can relate to. It is my journey from running a 4.66 40 yard dash as a freshman in college to running a 4.30 for the New Orleans Saint scouts and the New Orleans Arena 1 football team. I will not lead you to believe that it is as easy as most speed centers all across America advertise. It takes perseverance and hard work. In this journey I will give some insight into the mental preparation, strength training, speed training, nutrition, and environment that was in place during this time. I must warn you that I did not know anything about Elite Fitness and did not adhere to a concurrent system of training. The point is although the program design was flawed and is not what I recommend to my clients the hard work that I put in led to some positive adaptations.

Mental Preparation

My mind was extremely focused at this time because I was not far removed from College, was married, had one son, and another son on the way. I felt that this was one of my best chances to achieve something great and provide a better life for my family. My buddy was a scout for the saints and arranged the tryout for me, as well as gave me a place to stay while I was down there. Every day I had training sessions I would wake up at 4:30 a.m. and lift weights, go to my full time job, and run at the local college during my lunch break. I was what you would call in the zone. I envisioned myself at the facility in New Orleans running the best 40 yard dash ever. I went through my warm-up in my mind, my stance, my first step and saw myself succeeding. Envisioning your success is one of the steps that is often left out in program design, but can have some profound effects. I believe if you don’t believe it you won’t achieve it.

Strength Training

My training was a sporadic mix of everything I learned from strength coaches during my high school days and college days. This was mostly a hybrid of Olympic movements, linear periodization, and hypertrophy based training. In the training world as we know it now this type of training should have caused me to be crippled and slow as dirt. The more I train the more I question philosophies on paper because I have found that you must test everything on numerous people with great success before you can come to any conclusions.

What the program was missing?
Foam Rolling
Dynamic Warm-up
Pre-hab
Lower Rep Max Effort Training
Balance between movements (Vertical Pull vs. Vertical Press)
CNS monitoring ( High CNS v.s. Low CNS Days)
Great Technique on all exercises
Planned Deload days
What the program had?
Explosive cocentric reps
Plyometric Training
Bike and Jump Rope Warm-up
Main Exercises (Squat, RDL, Snatch, Power Clean)
Single Leg Exercises ( Lunges, Step-Ups, Reverse Lunges, Single-Leg Squats)
Core Training
Progressive Overload (Increased weight by at least 5% every workout)
Decreased intensity and volume by 50% the week before workout
Short Rest Periods on certain days
Varied Rep Ranges (8-12 on strength rep days/ 3-6 Reps on Main Exercises)
Static Stretching before every session (I paid for not stretching my hip flexor on a daily basis with low back pain)
Back Exercises (Lo- Row, DB Row, Bent Over Row)
Chest Exercises (Bench, Plyo- Push Ups, DB Press)

Sprint Training
My sprint training consisted of running two high intensity speed days, as well as one speed endurance day during the week for the 8 weeks leading to the try out. I did not run anything but light tempo runs on the week before the try out, as well as practice events like the short shuttle.

Speed Days
Distance – 10 yards. – 50 yards.
Recovery – Did not run unless absolutely rested unless pressed for time
Volume – 100 yards - 400 yards.
Stance- 3 Point Stance
Intensity- 85-95%

Speed Endurance Days
Distance- 75 yards – 150 yards
Recovery – From 75 seconds – 30 Seconds
Volume - 600 yards – 1000 yards
Stance- Three Point & Standing
Intensity- From 70%- 90% depending on feel
Experiment- Mixed a high intensity acceleration with a tempo finish

Nutrition
My nutrition was very basic. I did not count calories. I ate lean meats, fruits and vegetables. I also ate a lot of carbs like white rice, potatoes, pasta to match the amount of energy I needed during my sessions. If I knew that my training would be tough or high intensity I would up the carbs. I supplemented with Cytogainer after workout sessions to replenish my carbs, as well as provide some proteins, to deter catabolism.

Environment
I was fortunate enough to workout with some guys that were still training for their upcoming college seasons at the college I attended. The guys were always intense and competing to achieve new PR’s at everything that we attempted. There was competition in the air and no one wanted to be out done. From pancake eating nights to the big squat, you did not want to get clowned. It was also a very encouraging atmosphere because we all wanted to push each other to the limits, so that we could succeed. There is nothing that will push your lifts higher than when you train with a group of fired up guys that want to lift big weights. This kind of environment is what inspired me to call my training business the chamber and what I envision my gym to be like when it opens. The chamber is an atmosphere where only the grimmy survive, the big plates are clanging, the air is filled with sweat, dirt, and rust. Some music is blasting and some huge guy is pushing you to get under the bar. If you have ever had a chamber experience than you know what I am trying to say and words cannot describe it.

Conclusion
When the smoke cleared and the tryout came and went like a blur I tallied up my stats and was not surprised. When you believe that you will accomplish it is not surprising to achieve. I was grateful that the intensity in preparation led to a great victory. My words about my journey to a 4.30 can only paint a picture of how exciting the journey can be. I believe it was Martin Rooney that said enjoy the process of climbing the mountain in your life. As the summer approaches and many young athletes are preparing for their season I hope that they enjoy each grueling training session and remember to attack each day with purpose.

Final Stats:
Ht: 5’11”
Wt: 177
225 Rep Max: 17
Vertical Jump: 42”
Pro Agility Run: 4.13
40 Yard Dash: 4.30 twice (Field Turf)
Broad Jump: 11’2”

Coach Lamour is a performance enhancement specialists in the Jamestown, NC area. Gyms know this,
that's why they make you sign a contract so
that when you realize that you are wasting
your money - you can't quit.

2. Too many distractions. TVs, vending
machines and women in bikinis belong in
sports bars and strip clubs... not your
gym.

3. Too comfortable. If the AC is so cold
that you never break a sweat, then step
outside and push your car home... you'll
get the best workout of your life and
you might even break a sweat.

4. Sales people. Fake-ass personal trainers
and membership "consultants" are always on the
lookout for the first sucker that will hand
them their credit card for products and services
that they don't need and don't work.

5. Useless equipment. It amazes me that in
most gyms there is no room to train! They've
got the place all cluttered up with Ass-Blaster
Machines and Beach Balls. None of which get
you stronger or leaner.

6. Foofy Environment. How can you put 100% focus
and effort into your training when you've got
"The Barbie Song" on the stereo and some
"desperate house wives" gossiping about their
mother in law right next to the squat rack?

So What Do You Do?

I've got tons of suggestions as well as a product
that I am working on for you.

But for some motivation, I've included a few pics of
my "warehouse gym" with less than $1000 worth of
equipment for ya!

http://www.strengthcamp.com/gym.htm

Check it out: http://www.strengthcamp.com/gym.htm

What do you want? I thought YOU were a personal trainer."

Yea, but let me finish!

Never hire a personal trainer UNLESS they meet
the following criteria:

1. "He / She looks and acts the part."

It never ceases to amaze me how many personal trainers
are fat, out of shape and never participate in any
challenging events / competitions.

Would you hire a dentist that had rotten teeth?

Would you go to a barber who had a bad hair cut?

Then never hire a personal trainer who doesn't have
the physical credentials to back up their claims.

This also means that they must have the attitude to
back up their claims too, a lazy trainer will not
inspire you.

2. He / She should have a basic understanding of
anatomy & physiology and have a nationally
recognized certification.

When I worked at a local fitness club, I would often
over hear the conversations of the other trainers with
their clients.

Many times the client knew more about exercise and
health than the trainer!

As a consumer, always arm yourself with the right
info so that you can ask good questions.

Also, experience counts for much, but your trainer
should have at least one of the following
certifications:

NSCA
CSCS
NASM
HFI
CHEK

There are several others, but these are the most
credible and cover the basics.

3. Your trainer must be able to communicate
effectively.

It doesn't matter how much you know, It's what you
can apply that counts.

There are several trainers with a ton of book
knowledge but have little practical value
because they don't coach / teach effectively.

This means that he / she should not only have
the ability to teach you exercises but the
ability to motivate and stimulate your desire
to reach your goals.

Also, he / she should be comfortable enough
with their coaching ability that they will
GIVE you all of the information that you
need to succeed.

Many trainer hide or hold back their valuable
fitness 'secrets' because they are afraid
that an empowered client will no longer need
them and leave.

I give all of my info to my customers and
clients because it is my purpose to
empower you.

My Football Strength System:
http://www.FootballStrengthProgram.com

Lays out an entire step by step plan that
anyone can follow to get great results, no
matter what your level of experience.(or sport)

Also, my Unleash Your Primal Edge program
http://www.UnleashYourPrimalEdge.com

Covers ever bit of knowledge that I uncovered
in the last 10 years of my Fitness and Natural
Health education.... nothing is held back!

I give you 100% of my knowledge and experience
to lead you to 100% of your physical and life
potential.

(the list is incomplete, but are my 3 favorites)

What do you want? Many studies have shown that people whose blood
cholesterol is low become just as atherosclerotic
as people whose cholesterol is high.

3. Your body produces three to four times more
cholesterol than you eat. The production of
cholesterol increases when you eat little cholesterol
and decreases when you eat much. This explains why
the ”prudent” diet cannot lower cholesterol more
than on average a few per cent.

I've gone into greater detail and have backed my claims
with references in my e-book:

http://www.UnleashYourPrimalEdge.com

In it I've described everything you need to know about
natural health and vitality and DESTROY several myths
about health including the Cholesterol Myth.

What do you want? What are you willing to do?

Elliott Hulse "The Strength Coach"
http://www.UnleashYourPrimalEdge.com

No hard feelings, right?

It's never my intention to offend people
with my straight forward, no BS style of
communication.

But calling people names, thats where
I draw the line - UN-LESS...

You're a "Spandex Wearing Pansie".

At least that's what the St. Petersburg Times
reporter wrote in this mornings paper.

http://www.sptimes.com/2008/02/10/Neighborhoodtimes/_Spandex_wearing_pans.shtml

I am siked and excited that The Strength Camp
Garage and our unique style of training is gaining
acceptance by 'popular culture'.

Check out this write up about your beloved
coach and learn more about how you can get
rocking with your Fitness Boot Camps.

http://www.sptimes.com/2008/02/10/Neighborhoodtimes/_Spandex_wearing_pans.shtml

Also, I am thinking about putting together
a "Distance Learning" Fitness Boot Camp
course for those of you who are too far
away to partake of the daily boot camps.

You should be able to benefit from the same
results as my St. Pete Boot Campers.

I've already begun the process with athletes
with: http://www.FootballStrengthProgram.com

and for natural men's health with:
http://www.UnleashYourPrimalEdge.com

Give me some feedback, let me know if you
would like to have a Strength Camp Boot Camp
that you can do at home, alone or with a
group of friends.

Shoot me an email at strengthcamp@gmail.com

What do you want? And the potential "you" is
only a figment of your imagination.

In order for you to reach the goal of your "Potential
You", whom by they way... is typically:

1. Leaner, Stronger and More Fit.
2. Has better relationships, friends and loved ones.
3. Is rich or simply has more money.
4. Laughs often and generally enjoys life.
5. Helps others seek and realize their own potential.

...the "Potential You" (in your mind) must be such an
exciting and self fulfilling possibility that it stirs
up great emotion and the energy to move forward inch-by-
inch, day-by-day in pursuit of it's fulfillment.

So, basically you are willing to do what ever it takes...
no matter how 'hard' or 'difficult' it may seem, to
make the dream "You" come alive. EVERY DAY until you've
reached it.

Never accepting 'No' as an answer.

What do you want? What are you willing to do?
Elliott Hulse "The Strength Coach"

PS- George Hackenschimdt wrote a true, no BS book (in 1908!)
describing every step for achieving fulfillment
in EVERY area of life, strength and fitness.

http://tinyurl.com/36kd3u

This book eliminates all the 'current discoveries' and
BS that confuses most people about fitness today. He is
straight to the point and holds nothing back. So, if your
sensitive then this may not be for you.

If you are like me, then you want to know everything
there is to know about becoming your "Potential You."

http://tinyurl.com/36kd3u

Who the hell do you think you are?

Besides being the arrogant strength
and conditioning coach that sends you
emails about how to dominate your sports
opponents with strength and speed, or
to motivate your butt back into tip top
shape...

Who the hell is Elliott Hulse?

Just a few fun things that you may find
interesting.

1. So that the women's body would recover
fully and they would be physically able
to contribute to the society after giving
birth.

2. Child Quality. For a moment think of a child
as a plant and the womb as soil. If the soil
is still depleted from last years harvest, then
the new seeds that are planted on the depleted
soil will bear weaker plants.

OK, I can hear you now.

"Elliott, that is such a simplistic way at
looking at human life."

Sure, but consider that physically, we are not
any different than all of the other plants and
animals that inhabit the earth.

(I do believe in our spiritual essence, but physically
we are simply flesh and bone.)

So what the hell are we gonna do to ensure a
strong "plant" is created?

(Linebacker material hopefully!)

Here are a few steps that we will follow to ensure
that our next "Young Stud" grows to be healthy:

1. Colleen has already begun supplementing with
Cod Liver Oil. Essential for neurological development.
(Quick minds, and quick feet)

2. High quality foods. We will only be shopping
for the highest quality of foods available to us.
This included organic and locally grown foods.

3. Low Stress and Peace Of Mind. In order for the
fetus to grow super strong we must limit the following
stressors from the environment: psychological,
chemical, pollution, physical stressors, environmental,
food.

4. Colleen does and will continue to drink tons of
clean water.

5. And by all means, Colleen will avoid most forms of
processed foods, junk foods, fast foods, foods containing
MSG, Hydrogenated Oils, High Fructose Corn Syrup, GMO,
Herbicides, Pesticides and Fungicides.

And most important of all, I must continue to provide
a supportive, loving and nurturing environment for
Colleen, my 2 girls and the new baby...

or I may be banned from the Hulse Clan too!

What do you want? (strong kid) What are you willing to
do? (eat right, think right and drink right)

Coach Elliott "The Strength Coach"
http://www.StrengthCamp.com

PS - Many of the principles that I described
above and many more, including an entire section
on healthy child bearing can be found in my e-book:
http://www.UnleashYourPrimalEdge.com

The biggest LIE, ever!

It never ceases to amaze me how many
people believe this... mind, body and
soul crippling lie.

It has pervaded all areas of interest,
but none more than the fitness and
sport performance industry.

It has been responsible for:

*Discouragement
*Discontent
*Depression
*Anxiety and
*Drug Abuse

Anyone who tells you that it's going
to be: "Quick And Easy." is selling
you a pile of crap.

"Quick And Easy" does NOT exist!

To become a top performing, world class athlete or
coach it takes YEARS of training and preparation.
Lots of falling down and getting back up.

To lose 10, 20 or 30 pounds will require nothing
short of hard work, discipline, tenacity, blood,
sweat and tears. (hands down, no questions
asked!)

1. Deep Squats (squat variations)

2. High Box Step Ups

3. Lunges

I can assure you that you will NOT see many people
performing these exercises at your gym (they use the
Butt Blaster and still have weak butts... go figure?)

That's why I train my boot camp clients and athletes in
a "Ware House Gym" located away from the masses of "weak
asses" at the local "Health Club"

We don't fool around, we train hard and the results
come fast!

http://www.StrengthCamp.com

What do you want? "It doesn't matter how
fast you are going, if you've got the
wrong map."

This is what most people who are try to
get into shape for the new year are doing.

You've got yourself all siked up to go
nowhere, fast.

Do everything in your power to avoid
these 5 common fitness mistakes.

1. Not setting or setting poorly defined goals.
Saying "I wanna get in shape" is useless, you've
got to be VERY clear.

"I weigh 170 pounds, can bench press 200 pounds
and can perform 10 chin ups by April 30th." Is
a much better approach.

2. Doing too much cardio.
Not only is cardio boring, it is a very slow
means to reaching your fitness goals (and makes
your testosterone levels drop!) You've got to
weight train, plain and simple.

Or drag Tire Sleds in my Fitness Boot Camps.

3. Not challenging your emotions.
You are NOT your feelings! If you feel tired,
depressed or lazy, that is a choice.

GET OVER IT and get going!

4. Starting a "diet".
Diets suck, I love food. Just stop eating
so much crap! ANYTHING from McDonalds is crap.
(salads and all) If it wasn't here 10,000 years
ago - its crap. Eat real food.

5. Spending money on useless supplements or
shit they won't use.
You know what I am talking about. Just turn off
the fricking TV and you wont be tempted by those
ridiculous commercials.

Mark my words:

You will NOT get in shape with only 30 mins per
day 3 days per week! Getting in shape is hard work
and takes time. If anyone tells you differently,
they are selling you something!

What do you want?
